I’ll take that diamond necklace, thank you.

I picked up a book recently called The Necklace, by Cheryl Jarvis. It is an account of when thirteen women decided to each buy a time share in a $37,000 diamond necklace.

What seemed to be the most enjoyable part of this crazy idea was the way it brought this particular group of women together and actually ended up changed their lives. With vastly dissimilar histories and lives, they transcended their individual personalities and politics through this idea of sharing this luxury item.

It took some convincing by the originator of the idea, Jonell McLain, before anyone agreed to join in. Some obviously thought that it would not work, that it would take an inordinate amount of trust for this to work. But surprisingly it worked.

I wondered though, as you’d expect me to, where would a person look if they also wanted a nice necklace.

Not everyone who sells diamonds necessarily deals with necklaces. Some really deal mostly with rings.

To be honest this can hardly classify as a

Catch of the day

as I feel that I failed in finding a place that sells a diamond necklace like the one described in the book by Cheryl Jarvis.

I would recommend getting in touch with a place that has their own jewelers like Diamonds-USA.

Also Union Diamond is going to be able to help you.

As is Brian Gavin Diamonds.

In the mean time I will keep looking and update you when I come across the diamond necklace I wish I could have found for you today.
